Who's my package arriving with?

All products will be posted to mainland UK customers using Royal Mails 'Signed For' services. Where applicable international orders will be dispatched using Royal Mails 'Airsure' service. This is a fast and secure delivery service to 30 destinations worldwide with priority handling and delivery confirmation. Alternatively, orders will be shipped using Royal Mails international 'Signed For' service. With this option you will receive tracking until the package leaves the UK and a signature will be required at the delivery destination.

Customs charged me, why? 

Annoyingly, some people may be charged a fee by their customs authorities for handling your goods. We cannot control the amount these different governments charge.

How have you protected my order?

We love packaging! We also believe that the minute you come into contact with your purchase(s) you should be wowed and intrigued by the whole experience. We put careful consideration into making sure your parcels stay in the condition we send them out in. Art prints are wrapped in acid free tissue paper and sealed in heavy card tubes with lots of padding. T-shirts are packaged with numerous layers of protection. First the T-shirt is wrapped in acid free tissue paper, then sealed in a cardboard box. Finally its wrapped in a postal bag and labeled.

This website uses Shopify. Shopify is a leading e-commerce hosting application that allows us to set up an online store to sell our goods. It lets us organize our products, customize the storefront, accept credit card payments through payment gateways, track and respond to your orders. It has a dedicated team of security experts that make sure this e-commerce site is as secure as possible.

Where's my order?

We have a standard delivery time in the UK of 2 to 8 days for all our products. In the unlikely event there is a delay we will notify you within 24 hours of making the order.

International orders are difficult to guarantee in a certain time frame due to customs. We will despatch your order within 2 to 6 working days. Our mail service will deliver to European destinations within three working days and worldwide within five. If you haven't received your order between 8 to 28 days of receiving your shipping confirmation then there may be a problem. We suggest contacting either your local post office or customs to see if your package is being retained. Then contact us if still undelivered.

How do I get a discount

There are a few ways you can get a discount or even free products. Firstly, you can sign up and get on our mailing list, we'll send you promotional offers and chances to win free stuff regularly.

What's you returns policy?

We take every care to ensure the product leaves us in optimum condition. However, if you're not completely satisfied with our products, before proceeding any further, contact us to discuss the problems. Items can be returned for exchange, refund or credit. We only ask that they are returned in their original condition and that you do this within 15 days of placing your order. Please inspect your garment carefully before you wear it as we cannot except worn clothing or products without tags. A returns form is available via email. Please email returns@1hundredshop.com. Once you have the form, fill it in, and send back the form with your returned item.

What do you do with my contact information

To complete your order we need these details. Your full name, email address, shipping address and billing address. None, and we mean none of this information will ever be given to third parties. We do like to keep your name and email address to inform you about events we will be at, new products we have developed, and special offers. You can opt out of this at any time you wish and can request that this information is destroyed.
